FAQ

How do I place an order?

Go to the webshop and select the product you want. Choose the quantity, then go to your cart. Enter the shipping address and choose your preferred payment method.

Payment

We offer four payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer in advance, or cash on pickup.

Would you like to pick up your products in person? You’ll save on shipping costs and can pay in cash on the spot.

Shipping

For deliveries within Switzerland, we charge CHF 9.– per package for orders under CHF 80.–. Shipping is free for orders of CHF 80.– or more. For orders of 20 jars or more, we offer custom pricing. You can also pick up your products directly in Walenstadt SG to avoid shipping fees.

We can deliver internationally. Please note that shipping costs for international orders must be calculated individually, and the prices shown in the webshop do not apply. We’re happy to inform you personally.

Returns & Refunds

Please notify us immediately if a shipment or product arrives damaged. We will promptly work on a solution.

Returns are generally not possible.

Validity

These terms apply to all sales and deliveries from marbellaskitchen.ch. Any changes require written confirmation from marbellaskitchen.ch.

What do we sell?

We use seasonal, market-fresh, and above all, high-quality ingredients. We prioritize local ingredients and use organic quality whenever possible. The fiery chili peppers that enhance all of our products come untreated from our own garden or from fellow chili growers.

Delivery

An order is only accepted once all details have been clarified and explicitly confirmed by marbellaskitchen.ch. Delivery dates, timeframes, and price information are non-binding. We deliver from stock whenever possible. In the event of delivery delays, the buyer is not entitled to compensation. Partial deliveries are possible and do not entitle the buyer to any form of compensation.

Exchanges

As a rule, returns are not accepted. We cannot verify whether jars have been opened, and they must be discarded. In exceptional cases, products may be accepted back as a gesture of goodwill. In case of transport damage, please file a complaint with your local post office within 48 hours. The post office is liable and will usually reimburse you.

Shipping

Goods are shipped upon prepayment or credit card payment.

Payment Terms

Products are only shipped after we receive full payment in our bank account.

Complaints

Incorrect deliveries, quantity discrepancies, or obvious defects must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Returns are only accepted with prior agreement. The customer is responsible for proper return shipping.

Prices

All price listings and website prices are non-binding. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice or explanation. In the event of changes during the order process — such as surcharges, taxes, customs duties, or currency fluctuations — marbellaskitchen.ch reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.

Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of marbellaskitchen.ch until full payment of all claims from the business relationship has been received.

Jurisdiction

For all disputes, the place of jurisdiction is Walenstadt SG.
